Ready for a Business Entity?

Are you ready to start a business and set up your business entity?  Have you outgrown your current business entity?  Was your original business entity set up incorrectly?

Don’t worry. We can set that up for you or review and repair what you already have!

Sole-Proprietor – Easy-Cheesy. We set these up all day long for a flat $240, which includes:

  • Filing Employer Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS
  • Creating and Filing FBN (Fictitious Business Name) - aka DBA
  • Proof of Publication
  • All Filing and Publication Fees
  • Additional FBNs (DBAs) are filed for only $10 each (during original set up)

LLCs, LLPs, PCs, BCs, B-Corps, C-Corps, and S-Corps – Well, these are quite a bit more complex, but still crazy-affordable!

  • We do not bill by the hour!  All work is included for a flat fee of $1,800 + filing fees, as a pay-it-forward rate to support our small business owners (filing fees are generally $310)
  • If you do your homework, you will see that the $1,800 we charge is barely more than the same services on LegalZoom, RocketLawyer, or IncFile (no joke). And we do all the work!  The entites we set up are the most complete and comprehensive possible! We have yet to see any other firm match the quality, value, and detail of the entities we create.
  • Note: B-Corps must be certified by B Labs to achieve B-Corp status

S-Corp "Conversions" - If you already have an LLC or C-Corporation but never elected to be taxed as an S-Corporation, we can prepare and file all the necessary paperwork for you for only $590 + fees.

Our LLC, LLP, PC, BC, B-Corp, C-Corp, and S-Corp Set-Up Includes:

  • Establishing Entity Name (including name availability check)
  • Creating and Filing FBN (Fictitious Business Name) - aka DBA
  • Proof of Publication

The strength of the foundation of your company hinges on the competency of your business entity and bookkeeping set-up. Your business is built upon these two factors! We highly encourage making good decisions during your set-up phase. The DIY approach is generally a very bad idea.
